The match between the best (Koolhof and Skupski) and probably the most exciting (Kokkinkais and Kyrgios) doubles of 2022 lasted exactly 90 minutes. The two Australians got off to a strong start, but in the end had to admit defeat to the duo in first place. Which means that Kyrgios and Kokkinakis, who won their first Grand Slam title in Australia at the beginning of the season, are already under pressure.

Because the other two doubles in this green group also want to register claims for the semi-finals. On the one hand there are the two Croatians Nikola Mektic and Mate Pavic. And Ivan Dodig nd Austin Krajicek, who managed to qualify for Torino in the last push.

On Sunday, Lloyd Glasspool and Hari Helliovaara as well as Joe Salisbury and Rajeev Ram all started with victories in the red group.
