Davis Cup: David Haggerty has to remain silent about the collapsed Kosmos deal

In a conversation with the Austrian daily newspaper "Der Standard", ITF President David Haggerty referred to a contractual obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding the failed Davis Cup deal with the sports agency Kosmos.
