Naomi Osaka wants to compete in mixed doubles at Wimbledon - but who will play alongside her?

At the WTA Tour 1000 event in Madrid, Naomi Osaka gave the listening press representatives a few little riddles. After the Japanese woman's second round defeat against Sara Sorribes Tormo, which was certainly not planned, the four-time Grand Slam champion confirmed at the subsequent press conference that she had started the game physically weak. However, the ex-world number one did not want to reveal details about her state of health.

Kyrgios, Murray or someone else entirely?

Possibly even more exciting was an announcement by the Asian, which affected the next Grand Slam tournament on the tournament schedule: "I really tried to focus on my net game, because I will play mixed at Wimbledon." And who will be at your side at the classic lawn in London? Osaka evaded that answer with a little question-and-answer game: "I'm pretty sure they could guess who it is if they wanted to."

The name that comes up the most on Twitter in this context is Nick Kyrgios. No wonder Osaka and the fickle Australian recently became friends in Los Angeles and let the interested social media audience know about it. The second most popular guess is Andy Murray, who could certainly be a real ticket seller at Wimbledon. Who do you think Naomi's doubles partner will be? Let us know in the comments on facebook.
