Diriyah Tennis Cup: Schedule, participants, prize money from the show fight in Saudi Arabia

Mode: How is the Diriyah Cup played?

All matches will be played in best-of-three format. In a crucial third set, a match tiebreak is played up to ten points.

Each player comes in the Diriyah Cup at least two matches. All losers from the first round come in the so-called Konsolationsrunde, where a new grid with four players is opened. The losers of the first round of consolidation and the semi-finals are finally eliminated, the respective winners still deny a third game.

In addition, ATP pro Michael Mmoh (USA), together with Ammar Al Haqbani (KSA), will be competing on Saturday afternoon before the final two games.

Prize money: How much money do players get at the Diriyah Cup?

The athletes can look forward to a lot of prize money. The entry is worth 125,000 US dollars to the organizers, even with a win the prize money is doubled.

Exhibition in Saudi Arabia: Where to play

The tournament will take place in Diriyah, a suburb of the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh. The tennis tournament is part of the Diriyah Season Festival, during which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosted numerous other sporting events such as the boxing world heavyweight fight between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz, or Diriyah's ePrix as part of the Formula E Championship.

The venue for the tennis event is a 15,000-capacity outdoor stadium. Played on rebound ace hard courts.
