Ashleigh Barty is pregnant!
Ashleigh Barty has announced via social media that she is expecting her first child.

"2023 looks set to be the best year yet," Barty wrote. "We are so excited for our new adventure." She also posted a photo of her dog next to baby shoes. "Origi is already the big sister who takes care."
Barty married her longtime boyfriend Garry Kissick last summer.
The 26-year-old surprisingly announced the end of her career in February 2022, a few weeks after winning the home game of the Australian Open - and as the reigning world number one.
At this year's Australian Open, however, she will be at the start - as part of sponsorship commitments and as a mentor for 20-year-old Olivia Gadecki, who is starting via wildcard.
Barty was spotted at the United Cup earlier this week.
