ATP Challenger Bratislava: Dennis Novak moves into the final
Dennis Novak reached the final of the ATP Challenger in Bratislava on Saturday evening. The world ranking 126 beat Belarusian Egor Gerasimov 6: 4, 7: 6 (2) in the semi-final.

Thus, Novak already has 65 points for the ATP ranking sure, in a victory on Sunday, another 45 could be added. In the final he meets Damir Dzumhur, who defeated the Czech Zdenek Kolar in straight sets.
Novak, who hit six aces throughout the match, took the first set with a late break in the tenth game. In the second round he gave his serve from the very beginning, but fought back at the score of 2: 4 with three games in a row. In tiebreak he left the opponent no chance and moved after 81 minutes in the third Challenger final of the season.
Last June, he had already been in the grassroots tournament of Ilkley in the final, but lost there despite match balls against Dominik Köpfer. In April, he celebrated in Taipei the first tournament victory on the second highest level in the men.
In the live ranking Novak is currently ranked 119, with a tournament victory, he would come close to his Career High of 104.
