After his marathon match at the start against Roberto Caballes Baena, Alexander Zverev was in a hurry this time: The German only needed 56 minutes to defeat the French qualifier Hugo Grenier - 6: 0, 6: 1, according to the numbers.
Zverev didn't get into any trouble at all, but emulated his colleague Stefanos Tsitsipas in the first sentence : he brought all the first serves into the field, and in the end he had a rate of 86 percent; 88 percent of the time he made the point. Speaking of points: Zverev made a total of 55 pieces, Grenier just 22 - what a smooth thing.
Zverev got 25 winners in total with only 5 mistakes without need, he didn't even allow a break chance against himself.
Zverev is now waiting for the winner of the game between Carlos Alcaraz and Grigor Dimitrov, who will duel in the evening (from 8 p.m.).
