ATP Santiago: Yannick Hanfmann is in the quarterfinals

Like last year, Yannick Hanfmann made it into the quarter-finals at the ATP tournament in Santiago de Chile. The man from Karlsruhe won against the world number 74 on Wednesday. Roberto Carballes Baena from Spain with 7: 6 (6) and 6: 2. In the round of the last eight, Hanfmann meets Argentinian Diego Schwartzman, who is fourth, or local hero Nicolas Jarry.
In the first round, Hanfmann, number 153 in the world, prevailed against Pedro Martinez (Spain), whom he lost in the quarterfinals on his debut in the Chilean capital last year.
