Who is Qualified?
Everything new at the Davis Cup 2021! Almost. The Davis Cup finals took place in Madrid for the first time in 2019, in a tournament mode within a week with eventual winner Spain.
This year, the 18 qualified teams will initially play a group stage: the four semi-finalists from 2019 (Spain, Canada, Great Britain, Russia), two wildcard teams (France, Serbia) and the twelve winners of the preliminary round (Australia, Austria, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Sweden, USA)
How is the mode at the Davis Cup 2021?
Six groups with three teams each were drawn, each competing against each other in two singles and one doubles. The six group winners and the two best runners-up qualify for the quarter-finals.

- Friday, November 26th, from 4 p.m .: Spain vs Ecuador (Madrid), Serbia vs Austria (Innsbruck), USA v Italy (Turin)
- Saturday, November 27th, from 10 a.m .: Kazakhstan vs Sweden (Madrid), France vs Great Britain (Innsbruck), Australia vs Hungary (Turin)
- Saturday, November 27th, from 4 p.m .: Russia vs Ecuador (Madrid), Serbia vs Germany (Innsbruck), Italy vs Colombia
- Sunday, November 28th, from 10 a.m .: Canada vs Kazakhstan (Madrid), Great Britain vs Czech Republic (Innsbruck), Croatia vs Hungary (Turin)
- Sunday, November 28th, from 4 p.m .: Spain vs Russia (Madrid), Germany vs Austria (Innsbruck), USA vs Colombia (Turin)
The quarter-finals will then take place from November 29th to December 2nd (in Turin, Innsbruck and Madrid), the semi-finals on December 3rd and 4th (in Madrid), the final on December 5th (in Madrid).
Who is broadcasting the Davis Cup on TV and livestream?
ServusTV has secured the exclusive broadcasting rights in 2021 - in Germany and Austria you can be found on TV and live stream. Servus TV is the point of contact for all German-speaking fans anyway , after the games in Innsbruck will take place without an audience on site due to the lockdown in Austria.
Who last won the Davis Cup?
Most recently, Spain was victorious: In the first edition after the new mode in 2019, Rafael Nadal and Co. won the final against Canada 2-0.
