Davis Cup: Kevin Krawietz and Tim Pütz fix German group victory
Kevin Krawietz and Tim Pütz have ensured a German success for the third time in the third international match. The two prevailed against the Australian duo Matthew Ebden and Max Purcell 6:4 and 6:4 and thus also secured the group victory.

The German pros qualified as group winners for the final round of the Davis Cup in Malaga at the end of November. In the third and final game for group victory in the intermediate round, the hosts at Hamburg's Rothenbaum also won against Australia 2-1.
Kevin Krawietz from Coburg and Frankfurt's Tim Pütz won against the Australian Wimbledon champions Matthew Ebden and Max Purcell. Purcell had previously beaten Jan-Lennard Struff from Warstein in the opening singles match, and then Oscar Otte from Cologne lost out to Thanasi Kokkinakis.
At the final tournament in Malaga, team manager Michael Kohlmann's team meets Canada.
