The first training sessions for the teams from Germany, France, Belgium and Australia are scheduled for the weekend. Davis Cup rights holder "Kosmos Tennis" and the organizer "e|motion group" have put together a comprehensive TV package for the Davis Cup week that guarantees perfect coverage of the tennis highlight in Hamburg.
In Germany, ServusTV was won as the main partner. The private broadcaster will broadcast all three games of the DTB team (France/September 14th, Belgium/September 16th and Australia/September 18th) both on free TV and on ServusTV On LIVE. In addition, all other games can be seen as a stream on ServusTV On. The game starts at 2:00 p.m. each day.
ServusTV is thus expanding its tennis activities in Germany, as the broadcaster has already broadcast the ATP tournament in Stuttgart, the WTA tournament in Berlin and the combined ATP/WTA event in Hamburg this year. In addition, ServusTV has also been a cooperation partner of the German Tennis Association since spring of this year.
Further TV media rights went to DAZN and the Tennis Channel, which will stream all six matches LIVE on Rothenbaum. "The cooperation with ServusTV, DAZN and the Tennis Channel goes hand in hand with optimal TV coverage of the Davis Cup Group Finals at Rothenbaum. These three partners guarantee that the games and the venue Hamburg will be perfectly presented in the television picture. In the context of tennis reporting, ServusTV is characterized by great specialist knowledge and a willingness to innovate," explains Herwig Straka, CEO of the e|motion group.
The agreements with ServusTV Germany, DAZN and the Tennis Channel, which will also stream the Davis Cup finals of the last eight teams LIVE from November 22 to 27, 2022 in Malaga (ESP), have all been concluded on a long-term basis.
